What do the Mighty K9 lot and CoA codes mean?
They are reference codes from the seller, not proof that a lab tested your bottle. The seller lists Lot MK-26/GO-8585 and a certificate of analysis reference MK-8585-26-GO.
A reference code helps the seller and the order desk talk about a batch. It is not a lab report. A real certificate of analysis names the lab, the batch and the measured results. We have not seen one for these codes, so we do not treat them as test results.

The lot and best-by date are most likely printed on the bottom of the bottle or near the label edge. The brand images we were given show only the front and the Guaranteed Analysis panel, so we cannot point to the exact spot.
Turn the bottle over
Look at the base and the bottom edge of the label. Lot codes and best-by dates are often printed or stamped there.
Use good light
Stamped codes on amber glass can be faint. Tilt the bottle under a lamp, then put it back in the dark.
Take a clear photo
Snap the code with your phone so you have it even after the bottle is empty.
Write it down
Note the lot, the best-by date, your order ID and the day you opened it.
Call if anything is missing
No code at all, or a date already past? Call the order desk before your dog gets a serving.

How can you tell if a bottle of Mighty K9 is bad?
Look, smell and check the seal before the first serving. Most problems show up in those three checks.
Broken or missing seal
A loose cap, a torn seal, oil on the outside of a new bottle or a cracked dropper are reasons to stop and call.
Rancid smell
Fresh olive oil smells green or fruity. A stale, crayon or paint-like smell suggests the oil has gone off.
Odd color or cloudiness
Olive oil can cloud in the cold and clear at room temperature. Cloudiness that stays, or bits floating in it, is a reason to ask.
Also check the label. It should read Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Contains 100% ESS60, Bacon Flavor and NET WT. 2 FL OZ (60ML). A best-by date that has passed is another reason not to use it.
