Mighty K9 Website Terms of Use (Draft)
By using gomightyk9.com you agree to these draft terms. The site gives information about Mighty K9, not veterinary advice. The sale itself happens at the brand's checkout, under the seller's own checkout terms, including the 30-day guarantee.

What are the Mighty K9 website terms of use?
These are the rules for using gomightyk9.com. They are a plain-language draft from October 2026 and still need legal review before they are final.
The site is run by Gomightyk9, an authorized Mighty K9 shop. We are not the manufacturer, and we do not make, bottle or ship the product. By reading the site or clicking its links, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Read the site for information. Ask your vet for advice. Buy at the brand's checkout, whose terms govern your order. Call the order desk for anything about an order.
At a glance
Who is responsible for what when you buy Mighty K9?

Information only
Is the Mighty K9 site veterinary advice?
No. Everything on gomightyk9.com is general information for adult dog owners. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a substitute for an exam.
Mighty K9 is a supplement, not a veterinary drug. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Check with your vet before you start it, especially if your dog takes medicine, has had pancreatitis or is under six months old. Limping or trouble rising needs a vet visit, not a web page. The full statement is on the disclaimer page.
Buying
Who sells Mighty K9 when I click an order button?
The brand's checkout sells it. Our order buttons go to a redirect page and then straight to that checkout. Your contract for the purchase is with the seller named there, under its own terms.
- Prices are set by the seller. On October 12, 2026 the Mighty K9 store showed 1 bottle at $64.99 (sale price), 3 bottles at $269.97 and 6 bottles at $539.94. Prices can change; the total on the order page before you pay is the one that applies.
- The sales page describes 30-day money-back terms, including empty bottles. Return shipping is not included. See the refund policy.
- Tracking, changes and refunds on placed orders go to the BuyGoods order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 or [email protected].
- Delivery times are not published. Ask the order desk before you order if timing matters.
Affiliate
Does Gomightyk9 earn money from Mighty K9 sales?
Yes. We earn money when someone buys through our order links. That is why the buttons carry a "sponsored" tag.
The payment does not change the facts we print. We still say when no dog study exists, when a badge names no certifier and when a sales claim runs ahead of the evidence. We do not publish star ratings, review counts or customer quotes until they can be matched to real orders. Read how we work on the editorial standards page.
Accuracy
How accurate is the Mighty K9 information on the site?
We work from the bottle label, the brand's graphics, the live sales page and published research, each linked where it is used. The label wins when sources disagree. Still, sales pages change, and errors happen.
Checked on a date
Facts were checked on October 11, 2026. If your bottle says something different, follow the bottle.
Attributed claims
Claims such as "comfortable movement" belong to the brand. We quote them and show the evidence next to them.
We provide the site "as is". We do not promise that every page is complete, current or free of errors at every moment.
Ownership
Who owns the Mighty K9 name and images?
The Mighty K9 name is a trademark of its owner. ESS60 is a trademark of its own owner. Product photos, benefit panels and brand graphics belong to the brand and appear here as an authorized shop.
Our own text, tables and drawings belong to Gomightyk9. You may share a link or quote a short passage with credit. Please do not copy whole pages, scrape the site or reuse brand images without the owner's permission.
Links
Is Gomightyk9 responsible for sites it links to?
No. We link to the brand's checkout and to outside sources such as FDA, AAFCO, the Merck Veterinary Manual and PubMed. Those sites have their own terms and privacy rules, and we do not control them.
A link to a study means we think it is useful to read. It does not mean the authors endorse Mighty K9. None of them do, as far as we know.
Limits
What are the limits of liability for the Mighty K9 site?
To the fullest extent the law allows, Gomightyk9 is not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its information. That covers any care decision for your dog made without a vet.
Product questions, defects and refunds are matters between you and the seller at checkout. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Which law applies?
Disputes about a purchase follow the laws stated in the seller's checkout terms. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Data handling is covered in the privacy policy.
How do I contact Gomightyk9?

FAQ
Mighty K9 terms of use questions
Is Gomightyk9 the official Mighty K9 manufacturer?
No. Gomightyk9 is an authorized Mighty K9 shop that runs this information site. The manufacturer is not named on the label images. Orders are placed at the brand's checkout, and the order desk handles shipping and refunds.
Can I rely on the Mighty K9 site instead of seeing a vet?
No. The site gives general information, not veterinary advice. Mighty K9 is not a veterinary drug, so a dog that is limping, slow to rise or in pain should see a vet. Ask your vet before starting any supplement.
Does Gomightyk9 get paid when I buy Mighty K9?
Yes. We earn money when you buy through our order links, which carry a sponsored tag. That payment does not change the facts we print, including where research on C60 in dogs is missing.
Which terms apply to my Mighty K9 order?
The seller's checkout terms apply to your purchase, including price, shipping and the 30-day money-back guarantee. These website terms cover only the use of gomightyk9.com. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 for order questions.
Can I copy Mighty K9 photos from the website?
Please do not. Mighty K9 is a trademark of its owner, and the product photos and graphics belong to the brand. You may share a link or quote a short passage of our text with credit.
What if I find a mistake on the Mighty K9 site?
Email [email protected] with the page and the error. We check it against the label and the source, fix it if we got it wrong and update the date. If your bottle differs from the site, follow the bottle.
Where can I read the Mighty K9 checkout terms?
They appear on the brand's checkout page before you pay. Read them there, since they govern the sale, the guarantee and which laws apply. If you cannot find them, ask the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480.
